BSB60707 Advanced Diploma of Project Management

Overview:

The Advanced Diploma of Project Management provides a working knowledge of program management as well as an understanding of methods, techniques and tools to successfully deliver a multiple projects.

Pre-Requisites:

Diploma of Project Management or its equivalent with at least 2 years of project management experience managing multiple, complex projects; OR At least 5 years of project management experience based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) managing multiple, complex projects.

Designed For:

Experienced program managers directing multiple projects or programs of related projects. Project Directors managing large, high value or high risk projects with multiple streams of work. Senior Managers with multiple project managers reporting to them.

Outcome:

An Advanced Diploma of Project Management Manage multiple projects. Work as a program manager or project director.
